1. Das Wandererzimmer

“Das Wandern ist des Müllers Lust” is one of the most famous German songs. You only have to look out the window of the room and you know why the miller likes to go out. A magnificent view over the mill pond, undulating forest edges and swaying cornfields let your thoughts wander to a bygone era. The room, measuring over 30 square meters, is an en-suite room with a separate sitting area, a sleeping area, a dressing area and a shower room. The room, which has a rustic appearance partly due to the old wooden framework, is equipped with all modern conveniences: smart TV, WiFi, UTP for direct internet, Senseo and kettle.

2. Der Kornkammer

This used to be the storehouse of grain that still had to be ground. Now, with more than 34 square meters in the mill, this is the largest guest room en suite, with walk-in rain shower, bedroom and large sitting room. The comfortable room is decorated in an industrial style with a nod to the medieval miller's craft that is now on the UNESCO Intangible Heritage List. Of course this room is equipped with all modern conveniences: smart TV, WiFi, UTP for direct internet, Senseo and kettle.

Guests also have a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and sink to clean any dirty hiking boots or mountain bike clothing. Electric bicycles can be rented. Walking and cycling maps can be found in the mill as well as many suggestions for excursions in the area.
